RECRUITING ON BIG SCALE FOR WORKERS.
WASHINGTON, February 4. The Department of Labor announced that., more than 12,000 agents throughout the country will be engaged for the .next two weeks in the enrolment of 250,000 men skilled, in Lhe shipbuilding trades. Two thousand of the agents are appointees of trade unions who are cooperating in building up the industrial army for a final drive to victory. ■ «' x X y
