It is reported that Welsh made several trans-Atlantic trips as a seaman since the United States entered the war. The document was evidently written by a highly educated person. Its contents are described as unusually interesting. The initials used apparently refer to persons recently arrested here, also m other parts of the United States. It has been revealed that a most interesting document was seizpd, following the recent arrests.
