NO HELP FOR THE TURKS

PARIS, September 9. Groat anxiety is felt m Berlin at the Russian resistance m Volhynia and East Galicia. It is feared that Germany will be unable to give the Turks timely assistance.
German officers' brutality m Poland and the contempt they affect for the national language and customs causes discontent among the inhabitants who have not fled.
