The Morning Post's Sofia correspondent states that the Premier, interviewed, said that the Turco-Bulgarian agreement for the cession of the Dedeagatch railway has been concluded. It includes a strip of territory two kilometres deep along the left bank of the Maritza. Bulgaria takes occupation m ten days.
