TODAY'S PROCEEDINGS. {Before His Honor Mr .Justice Cooper.) His Honor sat at 10 a.m., when a motion for discharge from bankruptcy was moved m the matter of Samuel Baker, of Gisborne, laborer. Mr Dunlop appeared m support. His Honor said the official assignee's report was favorable, and he would grant the discharge. His Honor announced that he would 1 ake the case of Adolphus Zachariah v. . lary Morrow and William Carlile VVilsoii to-morrow.
