S, Malcolm and Co. report on tho local produce market as follows.- — Fggs is Od, butter is Id. potatoes- Rs to 9s per sack, onions ljd, - - plums 2d to- 3d lb, apples ljd to 3d lb, peaches 2_d to •'id, pears 2d. Two advances, amounting to los per ton, have taken place m the potato market within the -last fortnight, our advice to farmers holding sound potatoes is to hold frpva bit longer.
