(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) JOHANNESBURG, Feb. 15. The Sunday Observance Commission recommends the cessation of milling m the mines on Sundays.
It is asserted that this would mean an immense reduction and depreciation m values amounting to millions, besides a shrinkage m the gold output.
