RIOTOUS SCENES IN DIET.
(Received Feb. 16', 9.30 a.m.) TOKIO, Feb. 15. Riotous scenes occurred m the Diet. An outsider entered the committee room and assaulted a member, who was sent to the hospital, seriously injured. The interloper was arrested.
