LONDON, February 15. Nine deaths have occurred owing to cold.
Several frozen bodies were found m the streets.
Later. — Severe snowstorms are raging along the north-east coast, and m the Upper Hudson Valley the snow is two feet deep.
The transport system everywhere"" is dislocated.
Seventeen deaths are reported. lA. gale, with the temperature below zero, is adding to the suffering.
