ATHENS, February 15.
The Powers have presented a Note intimating that they aro giving iGreece the islands she occupied except Teneos, Embros, Kasted, and Oryzo. Greece must guarantee that will not be used for military or naval purposes, and that Moslem rights will be respected. The transfer is dependent on the evacuation of tho territory assigned to Albania at tho end of March.
