Sir Edward Carson has concluded his tour, which he undertook with the object of placing the Ulster 'Unionists' views on the Home Rule question before the British public. He addressed a meeting of 5000 people at Bristol. Mr Devlin (Nationalist) addressed a Home Rule meeting at Norwich, and Mr T. O'Connor addressed a gathering at Edinburgh.
