NOVEL FEATURES IN THE OPERA HOUSE REVUE.

Aiter London has witnessed the Venetian swimming scene which is the feature of Act 11. of "ComeOyer Here," the- new revue at ihe London Opera House, to be produced on April. 12, there will be a revolution m the music-hall world. The revue is by Mr Max Pemberton, and its production will cost £18,000. .-■.,'
What the up-to-date chorus girl will need m the future is a, university swimmin|g costume and a neat side stroke.
Imagine the surprise of the audience when the curtain rises on a Venetian setting and a group of amphibian beauties, wearing tights and spangles, begin diving from an island palace far out into the; deep-dug lake — and disappear. Where they #0 is to remain a mystery. The plot of "Come Over Here" centres round an eloping couple. The attempt of the irate father to frustrate them leads to one of the chief features of the revue — a race between a motor-car and a full-sized locomotive.
Beginning with a seashore setting and ending witu a cabaret scene, the piece will be just a two hours' succession . ' of new dances, dresses, and songs. It will soon be London's inevitable fate to be whistling' "Take me m your arms," and all the other new rag-time samples.
