LONDON, April 30. ' With, a view of checking ebullitions of anti-French sentiment m Germany, the German Government has prohibited the exhibition of von Werner's fine collection of 1870 war pictures. The chauvinistic press m Germany is furious at the action, and describes it as mortifying and humiliating, and an unprecedented specimen of "kow-towing."
