Mortgage and Agency Company reports ■ that the whole of the ascets have been realised. He is unable to close the liquidation pending an appeal against the Australian land tax assessment. He proposes meanwhile to pay 50 per cent, to preference 'stock holders, leaving £5353 undisbursed.
