The Conciliation Council to-day endorsed tho agreement arrived at between the Auckland District Institute of Marine Engineers and the Union Steam Ship Company. The conditions were practically the same as arrived at m Wellington. An application that the Craig line be joined m was refused, the Craig steamers being registered at Sydney.
