The programme which proved so popular on Saturday night will be repeated at His Majesty's Theatre to-night, the wreck film beirg replaced by another picture. Although especially strong on the dramatic side, the programme includes a fine selection of other nhv.s, such as torpedo-boats . at practice, a beautiful scenic picture of the river Loing, and the Pathe (»a/»etta, with numerous subjects of topical inteiv>t. The mother's tm'chi.h,' appeal by advertisement for her sun v. come home and mak-a it a true Thau'csgiving Day reach?* every heart, and the humorous sidelights thrown on the scenes help to increase the attractiveness of the subject. In one instamv » young man m the city who has b?i'r. paying- attention to a gaiety girl notices the advertisement, and swiftly makes up his mind to join the icippy home dm.? : then the dancing girl hsivelf reads tht advertisement, and on looking into a minor descries the face of her mother, and she quickly discards the music hall for her own old home on the farm: a club devotee also hustles off' to his parents' home, and the object of the vdvertiseinent is al?o attained. These :ue all effects from the one paper, and it is left to the imagination to conclude how many others hive been infliv?ncvl by the one advertisement. "A Mes3ajje from Beyond," is a powerful drama, m which a mother's favorite flower, the rose, has a remarkable effect on tlte ultimate welfare of her son. "The Prosecuting Counsel" is a thrilling story of true love, villany, and 'self- sacrifice, while "Told m Colorado" is a Western tale of the tragic results of nirting. In the comedy section the "Wisdom of Brother Ambrose" takes the chief place.
