REWARDED AT LAST.
NEW YORK, December 1. Mr Thomas F. Ryan, a New York millionaire, unexpectedly received through the post to-day a parcel of uncut diamonds. The precious package represented the first profits from some mining operations m the Congo hinterland, .which Mr Ryan lias been having carried out since. 1906, and m which he has sunk millions of dollars.
