GISBORNE APPEAL CASE.
(Per Press Association.) : AUCKLAND, this day. . Mr Justice Cooper heard argument m the Supreme Court m the case of G. P. Priestly, libtielkeeper, against the decision of Sir Barton, S-M., at Gisborne, who convicted, Priefetly of exposing liquor for sale on Sunday. His" Honor reserved his decision, stating he would have to read the evidence carefully.
