RESOLVED — That iv accordonce with the request of the Petitioners, this Council do now proceed to constitute tlie j Mangatu Road District from parts of the Waikohu and Waipaoa Road Districts, as ! defined m the Schedule hereto, and m | accordance with Section 4 of "The Road Boards Act, 1882," doth declare that the , number of members for the Mangatußoad District, shall be FIVE. This Special Order shall come into force on the Ist April, 1906. The day of Election of the Board for the Mangatu Road District shall be the 19th day of April, 1906. The Council doth also by this Order declare that c«i the Ist April, 1906, the I present Waikohu and Waipaoa Road Dis- j tricts .shall be abolished, and tho Boards ! thereof dissolved ; and, further, that a ; new Board of Five Members for each of those districts sliall be elected oft the 19th April, 1906, and that the new District .boundaries shall be as follows: — Mangatu Road District.
