The Bank of England Scandal.
A CASHIER'S DEFAL CATIONS. London, March 15,— At a meeting of the Bank of Etfgland shareholders the Governor tated that the irregularities of the late cashier may involve the loss ot a quarter of a million. This amount had been written off.
