The SOUNDS EXCURSION for 1890 will be made by the Company's favorite Steamer I T ARAW E R A , Which will leave PORT CHALMERS on the FIRST EXCURSION on TIUESD AY , 9th JANUARY (Calling at Bluff early Friday morning for Excursionists), and in the course of a ten days' trip visit Preservation Inlet, Dusky, Lrcaksca,Ge orge Caswell, Milford and other Sounds on the vVost Coast. Special facilities will be offered for spurting, fishing, and sketching excursions. The Tarawcra will anive back at Bluff about noon on FRIDAY, 17th January, and at Port Chalmers early on the morning of SATURDAY, 18th. She leaves again on her second trip on MONDAY, 20th, arriving buck on WEDNKSD \Y, 29th January, and leaves again on the third trip the SAME AFTERNOON. The same programme will be observed on each Excursion. The latest time for Passengers from Gisborne to leave on the first trip will be FRIDAY, January 3rd ; second trip, FRIDAY, January 10th ; and third trip, FRIDAY,' January 21th.
