A Gisborne Case.
*. Wellington, to-day. Mr Justice Richmond has given judgment in the Gisborne case Tutchen v. Hall, which was argued last week. In this case appellant had distrained on respondent's goods and withdrawn at his request, nnd subsequently distrained again for the saino rent and what further had accrued due. Respondent claimed for wrongful distress, and the Magistrate gave judgment in liis favor. His Honor allowed the appeal with .!/> 5s ensts, thus lx-voi-siu 1 -; the Magistrate's decision,
