Sir, — A correspondent signing himself "Shareholder made some pertinent inquiries in your paper last week regarding the deficit of 1007 lbs. of chee3e which ought to havo been included in the output of the Factory for the umber of gallons of milk paid for. Your correspondent did not state the whole case.
When it is taken into consideration that 11 lbs of milk is demanded instead of 10 lbs, the usual weight per gallon, the discrepancy is still more apparent. It may also be attributed to another cause than that given by your corra3pondenfc, a cause which the directors would do well to enquire into. Compare tho results with the Ormond Factory i.e. the amount of milk snpphud and tiie quantity of cheese turned out. Another Shareholder.
