All entries for the Handicaps to be directed to the Committee and delivered at the Roseland Hotel, Makaraka, or the Masonic Hotel, Gisborne, not later than 9 p.m. on Tuesday, the 28th December. Entrance money to be enclosed with each nomination. - The decision of the Judges and Referee to be final in every instance. An Extra Prize will be given to the runner who scores most points in the 150 yds., 220 yds., and 440 yds. Handicaps.
