« (from our own correspondent.) MELBOURNE. Monday. The Secretary of State for the Colonies telegraphs to the Governor that no passengei's or seamen named Webster was aboard the Knowsley Hall when she sailed from England, therefore it is conclusively proved that the letter found in the bottle was a hoax.
