Mr. McCullough, agent of the latter Association, was present, and explained the intended course of operations. The Liberal Association passed a resolution condemnatory of the Property Assessment Bill, and a copy of the resolution to be forwarded to the Thames representatives. A proposal to dismember the Thames County is being discussed at a meeting of the Council to-day. It is proposed to add three ridings to the Municipality, and form highway districts of the remainder.
