TO CORRESPONDENTS.
"Auditor's " complaint upon the admin* istration of justice by Justices of the Peace may be true for ought we know ; but mere denunciation cannot answer the purpose intended. If " Auditor " will state the particular circumstauces which have led to his remarks aueut the proceedings iv the Resident Magistrate Court we might publish them ; but his letter to us of this afternoon would most probably carry us into a Court for a libel, which is a thing m the interests of the proprietary, we cannot permit. "Auditor must know that such an ex parie statement will not admit of publication.
