October. 15— Hawea, s.s., for Northern Ports. No passengers. 15 — Penguin, s.s., for Napier and Southern Ports. Passengers : Archdeacon Williams, and Mrs Ferguson. The Penguin's papers not having reached the Custom House at the tune oi going to press, we are unable to give names of passengers. The B.s. Southern Cross left Auckland on Tuesday afternoon, with a large cargo for this port, she will sail for Napier, WeUingtbu, and Lyttelton at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
