The New York Herald, in an article denouncing caucuses which, it appears, are as great a nuisance in Wellington as at Washington says, as a final clincher, that " Satan never holds a caucus of the leader of his party." What nose is more brilliant than the toper's nose 1 Why, volca no's, to be sure. Pat informs us he finds that the chief glow in each comes from " the orator."
