Legislative Council.
.The Council met at 2.30 p.m. The Hon. Colonel Whitmore moved the postponement of all business on the Order Paper, as he and his colleagues were about leaving office, and he wished to undertake no further business. He then thanked the Council and Speaker for their invariable kindness and hoped that any hasty words spoken by him in the heat of debate would be forgotten. The Council then adjourned until the usual hour next day.
