It is said that the woman who hesitates is lost. This is not always so, however. Quite frequently it is the other woman who is coming right back of her and dosen't see her stop to pick up her dress. Simpkins has his sister keeping house for him. The other day she dis posed of his favourite light pants for a work of Italian art, and when he came home there was a time with his sister, his cussin,' and his pants.
