As a Yearling, m Australia, he took 2nd prize at Ballarat, 2nd at Smeaton, and Ist at Myrnion. As a two-year-old, he took 2nd prize at the Grand National " at Melbourne, Ist at Ballarat, 2nd at the Grand National at Smeaton, Jst at Myrniong, Ist at Melton as best entire of any age, and Ist for best two-year-old colt? In 1876, at the Hawke's Bay Show, he took Ist prize m his class ; also, the Champion Prize and fifty guinea Cup as the Best Entire m the yard. In 1877 and 1878 he again took Ist prize and the Champion Prizes at the Hawke's Bay Sh6w. Fee, £5 10s. A reduction made on two or more mares tho property of one OAvner. Paddocking free for one month. He is got by Traducer, out of Missie by Nutworth, imported grand dam by Riddlesworth, the winner of the Two Thousand Guineas. He also ran second for the Derby m England. Terms : Single Mares, £3 10s ; two or more mares, the property of the same owner, as per agreement. Grooms fees, 5s each mare. One month's paddocking free, after which 3s per week will he charged.
