As a two-year-old, he took 2nd prize at the Grand National " at Melbourne, Ist at Ballarat, 2nd at the Grand National at Smeaton, Jst at Myrniong, Ist at Melton as best entire of any age, and Ist for best two-year-old colt? In 1876, at the Hawke's Bay Show, he took Ist prize m his class ; also, the Champion Prize and fifty guinea Cup as the Best Entire m the yard. In 1877 and 1878 he again took Ist prize and the Champion Prizes at the Hawke's Bay Sh6w. Fee, £5 10s. A reduction made on two or more mares tho property of one OAvner. Paddocking free for one month.
