PARADE OF ENTIRES.

The parade nn 'er the auspices «>f the Poverty Bay Agriculbural and Pastoral Bocietyj was held this day between noon and two o'clock. In draught stock there was only ona horse, Dugdale, owned by Mr. Sunderland. It was lately imported from Hawke's Bay, where he has been a prize taker, as he also was in Victoria. Dngdale is the finest horse of his class which has been shown in the Bay. In reference to blood stock there |were only four exhibits. These were Sonerster, BrighamYoung, Tregeagle 11. and Sir Hercules. The above comprised the whole of^cne exhibits, and were not eqnal in point of number to what was paraded this time last year. Songster. Taking in order the first as Songster. He is a handsome specimen of a thoroughbred, and is calculated if placed to suitable mares to improve the stock of the district. Brioham Young Looks far better than he did last year, and is as serviceable a style of entire as could be desired by the district. He has plenty of bone and size, and is likely to get good weight-carriers. Tregeaglb 11. ■■# Has been lone well-known to the district and needs no description. Sir Hercules. This entire has evidently not been cared for, and did not show by any means to such advantage as if he had been well looked after. We wish we could have reported of % much larger parade.
