[To the Editor qftlie Herald.] Sir,— When is the pucifc m the Tauranga likely to be worked 1 Ifc seems very strange to persons who have been m the habit of crossing rivers m other parts of the Country, that the same facilities are not adopted here. Travelling down the Coast last week, I experienced more inconvenience at this fecry, and got into more mnd and dirt, than the whole way down from Tolos?a Bay, and really had my horse injured seriously.— -I am &c, Edwin Woon.
