[FROM OUR OWtT CORRESPONDENT.] SYDNEY. This Day. An arrangement has been made between the owners of the Latnbton Colliery and the miners ; aud the lock out is now ended. In a heavy gale on the Coast the schooners Bertha and Frantz were Wrecked. HOBART TOWN. This Day. Parliament opened to-day. The Governor said m his speech he hoped the session would be short, and urged the extension of public works and increased taxation, if necesaary.
