[from our own correspondent.] MELBOURNE. This Day. Robert Harper, Oppositionist, has been returned for West Bourke, by a majority of fifteen. An important notification m the tariff is expected. BRISBANE. This Day. The Assembly adjourned, after a continuous sitting since Wednesday, at one o'clock to-day. The obstruction by the Opposition will probably be resumed on Monday.
