This Day. ?The Kaipara extension is expected to be opened from Auckland to Waiokomiti end this month. It is stated thatTe Wheoro will resign his appointment, and contest the seat lately held by HoanLNahe. A portion of the Thames Railway is to be let to Natives on piece-work Captain Hannibal Marks, pilot, aud his son, were drowned at Tauranga on Saturday afternoon by a boat accident.
