This Day. W. A. Mcsely is a probable candidate fox Bruce ; Barron and Briggs for Caversham ; Driver, for Roslyn ; James Green, for Port Chalmers. The candidates spoken of for Dunedin are Macandrew, Turnbull, and John Davies, all Greyites, and McLean, on the Opposition side. The body cf a man, about 50 years of age, was found just below the railway crossing m Stuart-street. The deceased, who has not been identified, was apparently a mendicant, and the position he was found m favors the idea that he went to the water's edge to lay down to sleep, snd died from exposure. A meeting of the creditors of Mr. Thomas Chalmers Reid takes place tomorrow, when it is stated that the report of the trustees will disclose an extraordinary state of the bankrupt's affairs./
