The Cornwall Relief Committee lias resolved to assist miners lo emigrate to' New Zealand and Australia. Two sons of the Prince of Wales sail at the end of July on a twelve months' cruise in the frigate Bacchante and will visit the Old and New World. It is believed the Prince of Wales leaves England in October, 1880, returning.to London 1 , in Easter, 1881. It is also rumoured thatthe 'Prince Leopold may visit the Sydney Exhibition. One hundred and thirty eight Mormons, in Charge of Elder Pratt, arrived in New York on the Ist May, and left for Utah. They are all English, the first arrivals this year. The Agricultural Society of New South "Wales has received from the Mikado of Japan some interesting productions of Japanese industry. They consist of silk neckties, silk handkerchiefs, and cotton mats. A daughter of the late Brigham Young was asked how she had been treated in Washington. Her reply was : "By members of Congress and the press very well, but by Christians badly."
