LONDON.
August 7. A despatch from Sir Garnet Wolsely states that the prospect of peace is good ; bnt security impossible while Cetewayo is at large. He therefore occupies Ulundi. The Irish University Bill has passed through the House of Commons, all amendments being rejected.
