SYDNEY.
July 16. It having been found that the Union Company had made special' arrangements to convey the New Zealand portion of the Killarney's cargo to the various ports of destination, the intention to send the steamer on to New Zealand has been abandoned. The teas are being transhipped to the steamer Wakatipu, which will leave for Wellington to-morrow morning, and distribute the consignments North and South.
