{To the Editor of the Herald.] gm.__.Had it been intended, that the speeches, at the dinner to Mr McDonald, should have been reported, no doubt a ticket would have been sent to the reporter of the Standard. If the editor and manager of the Standard had done as the editor and manager of the Herald did, his re- , porter might have been considered.
