WELLINGTON.
This Day. It is stated that great difficulty is being experienced in winding up the old New Zealander company. Some members of the H .use, who are shareholders, will not pay up and threaten a breach of privilege if annoyed about it, while engaged in their Legislative duties. It is said that the only shareholder who has paid up all claims is Seymour George, »nd he represents Sir George Grey as well as himself, jind his payments have been little short of a £1000.
