Seed parcels with fairly good demand, chicken wheat, 3s to 3s 2d ; oats, feed qualities, 2s 6d to 5s 9d ; milling samples, 2s 8d to 2s 9d ; inferior feed, 2s 4d to 2a 5d ; barley, a pretty fair demand ; prime malting samples readily command 5s 9d to 6s ; medium, 4s 6d to 5s ; feed, 3s to 4s. Potatoes : Several orders were executed during the week at £3 10s at the country station. In some instances an advance on| this rate has been obtained. Gross-seed still m large supply, with no demand ; cheese, very little demand, 6d to 6£d ; butter, almost a glut, no remunerative prices obtained. ALFRED BUCKLAND's WEEKLY REPORT. On Friday last fodder was plentiful, and brought from 3s to 5s the cwt. Potatoes, £7 to £7 18s 6d the ton : carrots, 5s the cwt ; maize, 3s 10d and 4s ; oats, 3s ; barley, 2s 9d to 2sll the bushel. Horse stock, though not so free of sale, tvere without alteration m values. Heavydraught brought £34 to £46 ; mediumdraught, £15 to £29 each. . The cattle sale, at Pukekohe, was well attended. About 30 head of grown cattle and sundries were sold at satisfactory prices. The- greater part of the skius offered on Tuesday were damaged, and brought lfd the lb. ; sound hides, 2£ ; sheepskins, from Is 6d to 2s Bd.
