CHRISTCHURCH.
ThißDay. An important decision was given m banco on Friday, m a case m which the Bank of New Zealand was concerned as execution creditors- of a man named Sims. The Bank put a writ of fi. fa. m fprce, and then Sims filed a declaration of insolvency. The trustee gave notice to the sheriff not to sell. Judge Johnstone decided that the rights of execution creditors was extinguisded, and ordered that the sheriff j give up possession to the trustee.
