This Day. Yesterday Mr. Justice Williams suspended the certificate of Wm. and E. Downs, Hotelkeepers, of Blueskin, for the maximum period allowed by the Act. His Honor also directed the Trustee to make application to the Court for the necessary order for the prosecution of the Bankrupts. ,
