Section 79 : Front portion between road and Te Aroha Totaeaia stream flat ; small portion grassed ; portion of bush around swamp flat and partially grassed ; remaining portion rather broken ; soil good. I HEREBY give notice that I intend to erect a dividing fence between your land and mine, Pukepapa District, and I call upon you, the owner of adjoining lan-3, to assist in erecting the said fence in termß of the " Fencing Act " of the Provincial Council of Auckland, session IX., No. 5 ; or I shall erect the same, and call upon you for half the cost of the said fence.
