I THE UNDERSIGNED, hereby 9 give notice. that I have this day placed m the hands of MR. WILLIAM RATCLIFFE, Commission. Agent, for immediate recovery, all accounts DUE TO ME. Further, thai if the same a> c not paid to Mr. Ratcliffe, before the 24th instant, LEGAL PROCEEDINGS will at once be instituted for their
