NEW PLYMOUTH.
This Day. At the Supreme Court, George Haywood was found guilty of maliciously wounding a cow at Kettemarae, on the 25th October last, and was sentenced to 9 months' imprisonment with hard labor. Sir John Coode's plan and report of the New Plymouth Harbor have arrived, aud are m the hands of Mr. Blackett. At the Supreme Court this morning, Carl Gringall pleaded guilty to killing his half-brother, Ferdinand Paul, at Normanby, on 16th January last, and was sentenced to six mouths'" imprisonment with hard labor.
