[from our own correspondent.] LONDON. i April 26. ; The British and French Governments have sent an identical note to the Khej dive, demanding the appointment of one i English and one French Minister, and j intimating that in case of non-compli-ance stringent measures will be adopted. The Queen has returned to Windsor. The strikes at Durham have ended. j In the London message of the 2uth read — " The House of Commons by 180 to 11 agreed to the motion unseating Sir Bryan O'Loughlin."
